MPEP Advisors AG provides its services in investment brokerage in financial instruments within the meaning of Section 2 clause 2 no. 3 of the German Securities Institutions Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz; „WpIG“) as tied agent according to Section 3 clause 2 WpIG exclusively for the account and under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH, Weißfrauenstraße 12 - 16, 60311 Frankfurt am Main.
